Dreamy Same-Sex Wedding Editorial

I’m thrilled to finally be able to share these images with you all! Why the wait? I was waiting for the images to be published by Artfully Wed.

A few months ago I teamed up with some awesome local wedding vendors to put together a vision I had for a same-sex wedding editorial. Styled for the modern easy going bohemian bride, with gorgeous dresses from True North Bridal Boutique in Hudson, NY and lush flower bouquets from The Local Flower Market, in Red Hook, NY.

For their individual bridal portraits I combined my painting colors and textures into the photographs to create art portraits with a vintage feel.

We explored Hudson to find some great locations, including the waterfront, and the Basilica. My favorite backdrop for these images was the magnificent mural painted by Kelie Bowman of Cinders Gallery, a vibrant geometric work of art.

As we were finishing up we decided to take a few last shots in front of Relish Cafe, the cute colorful chairs and tables for two were irresistible.
